A native of San Donato, Italy, Mr. Belli had moved to California and Humboldt County at the age of 12, settling in the Loleta area. He was a self-employed truck driver, doing contract hauling for 40 years for Foremost Food Products. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Loleta, the Humboldt County Farm Bureau, and the South Bay Conservation Club. Age 63.
Rosary will be offered Thursday, July 8, at 7:30 p.m. in the chapel of Goble's Fortuna Mortuary. Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Friday, July 9, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Father James Gabriel celebrant.
