Richard Morris Owens, of 3410 Florida Ave., delicatessen operator, died Friday at a Richmond hospital. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. R. V. Owens, of Richmond; three brothers, Ivan B. and Reginald S. Owens, of Richmond, and Russell L. Owens, of Howerton; and three sisters, Mrs. F. W. Holzback and Mrs. Alvin Rowe, both of Richmond, and Mrs. B. W. West, Jr., of Warwick. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home, with burial in St. Stephens Baptist Church cemetery, King and Queen County.
