Cleves, Ohio – James Clark Ackley, Jr., 63, of Cleves, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021. He was born on December 15, 1957 the son of the late James Clark Ackley and Carrie French Ackley. He was the beloved husband of forty-five years to Penny Ackley; the beloved father of James T. Ackley and Kim Ackley-Benjamin (Scott); loving grandfather of J.T., Keegan, Faith and Hope Ackley and beloved brother of Thomas Carpenter (Bonnie), Sam Carpenter, Mike Ackley (Rhonda) and Jeannie Conie (John) and had many beloved nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Samuel L. Carpenter, Jr. At the request of James Clark Ackley, Jr. no services will be held.
