I never heard my grandmother called anything but Della, but her marriage record and the birth records of at least one of her children refer to her as Mary. I don't believe Mary was an official name, but I've put it as a nickname in order to make record searching easier for any other researchers.

Married her husband, Paul William Brown I on 25 Sept 1926 at Keokuk, Lee County, Iowa.
