Jean lived in the Riverdale and Swan Lake area for 19 years until after she graduated from Preston High School. She married Grant on May 20, 1946, in Preston, and their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple. After living in Pocatello for over 70 years, she moved to Taylorsville. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many callings throughout her life. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, reading and spending time with grandchildren. Survived by children Dave (Denise) Nisson of Magna, UT, and Jeanie McCombs of Hanceville, AL, and seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; preceded by son Boyd I. Nisson, sisters Zelda Ertter and Zella Baker and brother Armin McCombs. Funeral services held Monday April 12th in Meadowbrook Ward Chapel.
