Mr. Huff, who died Saturday, was born in Pima, Ariz.

He served in the Army Air Corps as an aviation engineer and was stationed in Iceland during World War II.

Mr. Huff worked on dams on the Columbia and Pend Oreille rivers. He also helped remove the Washington Water Power Co. dam on the Clearwater River at Lewiston.

He married Audrey E. Wilbur in Mar 1937 in Pinal County, Arizona.

He was a 14-year resident of Deer Park and a 60-year member of the Operating Engineers Union Local No. 370.

He married Elizabeth C. "Betty" Ringstead on 21 Jun 1969, in Spokane, Spokane County, Wash.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Betty; two stepsons, Peter and David; three sisters, Bernetta, Louise, and Evelyn, all of Arizona; a brother, Charles; and seven grandchildren.
