Beatrice Daisy "Ms. Bea" Henerey Abercrombie, 90, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021.

A native of Greenville County, SC, daughter of the late Edwin Winkler and Mary Inez Cannon Henerey; widow of David Clifford Abercrombie.

Retired employee of Springs Industries after 43 years of service; a lifelong member of Duncan United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the choir.

Survivors include sons, Timothy David Abercrombie (Denise) and Mark Henerey Abercrombie; daughters, Terry Abercrombie Brietz and Mary Anna Abercrombie; seven grandchildren, Alyson A. Scales, Amy A. Rogers, Bradley L. Brietz, Abby B. Land, Faith A. Turner, Kaci K. Hensley, and Jimmy-Clifford King; fourteen great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by three sisters, Mary Ellen Henerey Hollingsworth (11 Sep 1922 – 3 Mar 2004), Eunice Henerey Hindman (2 Jun 1925 – 12 Jul 2013), and Jennie Henerey Booker (19 Nov 1933 - 20 Jul 2008); and one brother, James Lewis Henerey (6 Apr 1924 - 2 Jun 1924).

Graveside services held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at Wood Memorial Park, conducted by Rev. Brent Delhbom.

Pallbearers were Bradley Brietz, Buddy Brietz, Robert Talanges, Jantzen Hensley, J.C. King, and Richard King.

The body lay in state from 12:00 Noon - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at The Wood Mortuary.

Memorials could be made to Duncan United Methodist Church, Duncan, SC, Spartanburg County Sheriff's Department Dive Team, Spartanburg, SC, or the charity of one's choice.
