A native of Greenville County, SC; widow of Edwin Winkler Henerey; daughter of the late A.B. and Daisy Moore Cannon.
A member of Duncan First Baptist Church and was retired from Pacific Mills.
Survived by her daughters, Mary Ellen Henerey Hollingsworth, Eunice Henerey Hindman, and Beatrice Daisy “Bea” Henerey Abercrombie; and Jeannie Vee Henerey Booker; brothers, Alger Cannon and Jesse W. Cannon; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family received friends from 7:00 - 9:00 PM, Thursday, May 2, 1996, at The Wood Mortuary.
Services were held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 3, 1996, at the mortuary, conducted by the Revs. Roger Clark and David Ervin; burial in Wood Memorial Park.
