Christopher George Warfield, son of James Warfield and Mary Warfield, formerly Kavanagh, was born on 24 December 1884, at 3 Cambridge Cottages, Goldenbridge, Dublin.
His father was a Boiler-Smith, later working at the Great Southern & Western Railway Works, Inchicore.

Marriage.
George Warfield, a bachelor, a Boiler Maker, from 97 Rose Terrace, Inchicore, son of James Warfield, a Boiler Maker, married Teresa Campbell, a spinster, a Tailoress, from 17 Donohue Street, Inchicore, daughter of Patrick Campbell, a Labourer, on 1 February 1910, at Goldenbridge Church, Dublin.
The witnesses were,
John Kavanagh,
Elizabeth Campbell.

In the 1911 census, the family were living at Abercorn Terrace, Kilmainham.
