MRS. EMMA A. FORSYTHE

Mrs. Emma A. Forsythe, 76 years old, 6727 Rockville road, died yesterday in the West Park nursing home, 373 North Holmes avenue, after a four years' illness. She was the widow of Van Fuller Forsythe who died in 1938.

Born July 22, 1867, in Columbus, Mrs. Forsythe had been a resident of Indianapolis 43 years. She was an active member of the West Washington Street Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the West Washington Street Church. Burial will be in Crown Hill cemetery.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Daniel and a brother, Joseph Goetz, both of Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs. Andrew Powell of Hope, and four grandchildren.

Services Saturday, 2:30 p.m., at West Washington Methodist Church. Friends invited. Burial Crown Hill. Friends may call at the Conkle Funeral Home, 1934 W. Michigan st., after 1 p.m. Thursday until noon Saturday and at the church from 1:30 p.m. until hour of service.
