Soprano Singer. She was trained by her father, Paul Abarbanell and schools in Berlin and Vienna. At the age of sixteen she made her debut at the Neues Theatre, Berlin. In 1905 she was the soubrette in the operetta Frühlingsluft and as Hansel at Metropolitan Opera House production of Hänsel und Gretel in America. Some of her other works include The White Chrysanthemum, The Merry Widow, the romantic musical The Love Cure. After her husband, Eduard Goldbeck died in 1934 she left the stage and became a Broadway Casting Director, Producer and Stage Director.
