Jackie Bowman was born on April 18, 1935 in Manchester, Kentucky; the son of the late Herbert Lester Bowman and Margaret Hollon Bowman. He was united in marriage to Addie Jones Bowman who preceded him in death. He is survived by four children, Robert Glenn Bowman, Ted Anthony Bowman both of London; Jamie Lester Bowman of Waco, Kentucky; and Jack Franklin Allen of Richmond, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. In addition to his parents and wife he is also preceded in death by eight siblings, Perry, Dan, Herbert, Beatrice, Helen, Loretta, Virgie and Louise.
Jackie was retired from the construction business.

Funeral services for Jackie Bowman will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Craig Morgan officiating; burial will follow at Old Salem Cemetery in London.
