Louise Wood Robinson, 91, a Morrison resident and Warren County native, was born January 22, 1929 and died peacefully at home December 9, 2020.

Mrs. Robinson was a lifelong homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church. She loved nature, being outdoors, flowers, and animals.

Mrs. Robinson was the daughter of the late Hugh and Stella Wood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph T. Robinson, Sr.; sisters, Minnie Black, Elsie Freeze, and Alma Youngblood; and brother, Floyd Wood.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by four children and their spouses, Ralph T. “Tommie” and Brenda Robinson, Jr., Lannie and Tonnya Robinson, John Robinson, and Reta Robinson, all of Morison, TN; eight grandchildren and spouses, Patrick Robinson, Nicholas Robinson, Sam Robinson, and Sara Grace Robinson, all of Morrison, TN, Jordan and Haley Hutchison and Kayla and Mitchell Barrett of McMinnville, TN, Joshua and Laura Beth Robinson of Imperial, MO, and Rachel and Sam Pierce of Winchester, TN; seven great-grandchildren, Dale Robinson, Oaklen Hutchison, Katie and Ridge Robinson, Tenley Pierce, Aiden McClure, and Raelynn Grace Barrett, and two great-grandchildren due to arrive any day. She had several nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was loved by all who knew her. Special love to Daphne, who will always be family of the heart. Special thanks to Dr. Michael Todd Stewart and his staff for years of great care and compassion. Also, special thanks to the staff of Avalon Hospice.

A private graveside service will be held at Morrison Cemetery. There will be no service or visitation at High’s.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Foundation of Tennessee, or an animal humane society of your choice.
