Anne Rzonski Bangor, "Annie" passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 8:25 p.m. at Cadia Capitol Skilled Nursing Facility in Dover, Delaware.

She is now resting in Eternal Peace with our Savior Jesus Christ.

Anne was born is Hazleton, Pennsylvania on May 29, 1932 to Helen Bunitski and George Rzonski of Hazleton.

She was known for her grace, beauty and lovely angelic voice. She graduated from Hazleton High School with Honors at the age of 16 in 1948. She attended St. Agnes School of Nursing in Philadelphia and graduated in 1952. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years and was very happy in this profession. She starting singing at the age of 5 and received voice training. She performed in many venues including the Bucks County Opera but her favorite venue was St. Stanislaus Church in her hometown of Hazleton and to sing the "Ave Maria".

She was married in 1955 to James Vincent Bangor (Buoncuore) of Hazleton and they resided for many years in Levittown, Pennsylvania where they raised their three children. She was known there for her epic parties and bridge clubs. She was a woman of style wearing pretty hats and often made her own clothes.

Her precious sisters, Louise, Clara, Jean, and Helen passed before her. They were refereed to as "The Gabor Sisters of Hazleton" for their beauty and style.

She leaves behind her children, Susan Kendall of Sonora, California, Carol Buoncuore of Dover, Delaware and Robert Bangor of Levittown, Pennsylvania and her many grandchildren.

She will be interred at the Resurrection Cemetery Bensalem, Pennsylvania in spring of 2021.

John 11:25 "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.
