Mary Zilphia “ZEE” Webber
May 18, 1919-December 1, 2020

ZEE Webber passed peacefully December 1, 2020 at the age of 101 in Marietta Georgia.

ZEE is survived by her daughter Brenda Gail Geiger of Marietta, GA, her daughter in law Penny Glentz, her granddaughters, Tracy Moore, Gerin Bergschneider, and Kelly Geiger-Hairetis, her grandson in-laws, Greg Moore, Barry Bergschneider and Andrew Hairetis and her great grandchildren Dylan Moore and Zilphia “Zandy” Geiger Hairetis.

She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Jerry Ullman Webber of Canton Georgia, her parents Henry and Etta-Jane Boyles, and brothers Beldon, George-Earl, JC an Troy Boyles of Homewood, Mississippi.

ZEE grew up on a 185 acre farm in Mississippi where she learned what farm life was all about- she longed to get out of the country and live a more city life. So she went to beauty school and made her way into the “city”. ZEE spent most of her working days as a beautician during the days of larger than life hairstyles and always took great pride in looking good. Red lipstick and rouge were a must have in her everyday look. Later in life she worked for the Cobb County Health Department where she retired in 1992.

Through good and hard times Zee never lost her faith in God- she was kind, sweet and always had lots of love in her heart for others- something she worked hard to instill her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren- ZEE represented unconditional love for all that knew her.

A funeral is scheduled for ZEE, on December 3, 2020, at three o'clock in the afternoon in the columbarium at Southern Cremation and Funerals at Cheatham Hill in Marietta, Georgia. The family will receive friends from two o'clock in the afternoon until the service hour. Interment will follow the service at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.
