Galena Pioneer Dies.
Galena, Kan., March 30.—Mrs. Susan Kinkade, widow, 82 years old, died at 1 a. m. today following an illness of many years. Mrs. Kinkade was a pioneer resident of the city, having resided at No. 914 East Sixth street for forty-three years.
Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Betty Beers, St. Louis, Mo.; Miss Sadie Kinkade, St. Louis, Mo.; Mrs. James McIntire, Los Angeles, Cal.; and a son, Clay Kinkade, of California. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the home, with burial in Galena cemetery.

GALENA, KAN., March 31.—Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Kinkade, 82 years old, who died at her home, 914 East Sixth street, about 1 o'clock Wednesday morning, were held at the residence by the Rev. J. J. Bay at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon, followed by burial in the Galena cemetery. Mrs. Kinkade was the widow of Abraham Kinkade, who died here several years ago. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James McIntire of Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Betty Beers and Miss Sadie Kinkade both of St. Louis, Mo.; and one son, Clay Kinkade of California.
