Illness Fatal to Nichols Child
Donald Eugene Hazen Dies After Measles Attack Turns to Pneumonia.
Nichols, Donald Eugene Hazen, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Cleve Hazen, died at his home at 6:45 p.m. Monday after an illness of about three weeks with the measles which later developed into pneumonia.
The child was born May 7, 1932, and besides his parents, is survived by six brothers and sisters, Mrs. Martin Christofferson of Nichols and Alberta, Raymond, Albert, Wayne and Betty at home.
A brother preceded him in death about a year ago.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, at 9:30 a.m. at the home with the Rev. Moore of St. Mary's church in charge. Burial will be in the St. Mary's cemetery. The Kirchner funeral home is in charge.
