- 420,878 on February 4, 1890 for a "Reheating Device for Compressed Air" (Assignor to the "Judson Pneumatic Street Railway Company".)
- 464,615 on December 8, 1891 for a "Street-Railway"
- 689,887 on December 31, 1901 for a "Reversible Clutch"
- 699,760 on May 13, 1902 for a "Chain-Making Machine"
- 700,333 on May 20, 1902 for a "Tread for Wheels"

Buried on December 8, 1909.

He and his wife Annie were the parents of the famous industrialist Ross Whitcomb Judson (Died in Dade County, Florida on March 11, 1946). In 1903, Ross and his brother-in-law, Arthur Tobin, founded Continental Motors. In 1905, they moved the company to Muskegon, Michigan.

The source of Whitcomb's parentage of Ross, is the 1900 Federal Census. Arthur Tobin and his family were also living with Whitcomb & Annie at 3643 Indiana Avenue, Chicago. Whitcomb's occupation is listed as Machine Designer.

He died at 181 Pine Street. (Source: Death Certificate)
