TO ALL NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS: If I have taken the time to go to a cemetery to fulfill a photo request and there are other family members nearby, I will try my best to get photos of those markers and create memorials as well. I will also take the time to do light research on these people (ie.... ancestry, family search, internet..etc) and attach documented information for them. If you want a transfer, I generally will transfer one or two but please do not ask me to transfer entire families to you. Its not fair to me to go to all this work and then transfer it all. It takes the fun out of it for me as well as many others. If you want me to add additional information to their memorial, please use the EDIT tab and ask me. You can also add your own photos yourself. Thanks for understanding.
Please feel free to use the photos I have taken of your loved ones to use on your personal family pages, on your family trees, or to share with family in general BUT PLEASE CREDIT THE SOURCE. If volunteers do not want you to use their photos or info and are afraid of someone "stealing" their work, why are they even posting the photos, obits...etc here?
PLEASE NOTE: Find A Grave NO LONGER sends out emails when you need to edit a memorial. You MUST check your own EDIT tab at the top of your Profile Page. Click it on and see if there are edits that need your approval.
If someone takes the time to fulfill your photo requests, why not take the time to THANK THEM!!! A little Thank You goes a long way and its very much appreciated.
