Born in Bishtown August 9, 1898, he was a son of the late Alfred and Sara Buck.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Oma Buck and the following children; Mrs. Loretta Ardary and Oscar Geynet Buck, both of Clearfield; Henry, Pleasant Valley; Frederick, Chardon, Ohio; Richard, Woodland; Barry serving the the U.S. Air Force in Florida; Larry and Donna, both at home.
Twelve grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and the following brothers and sisters also survive; Harry, Pleasant Valley; Matthew and Elmer, both of Shawville, Mrs. Myrtle Young and Mrs. Pearl Young, both of Mineral Springs; Mrs. Bertha Lansberry and Mrs. Ruth Maines, both of Woodland
He was preceded in death by one son and one daughter.
Funeral services will be from the Nicholson Funeral Home, Clearfield Tuesday at 2 pm with Rev. T.F. Sixton officiating. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery.
