Betty (Green) Burchfield, On August 15, 2020, God welcomed her into heaven.

Born June 20, 1920 in Somerset Ohio to Della Botts and Harry Green. She was preceded in death by her husband Curt, her ten siblings and her daughter in law, Shirley. Betty is survived by her sons Robert (Judy) Burchfield, Tim (Patty) Burchfield, her daughters Debbie (John) Mehler and Joni (Ken) Kurovsky, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She never worked outside the house because she was too busy making a home for her children. Later in life she accepted a position that required rocking, loving, spoiling, and playing with grand-kids and great grand-kids, a job in which she excelled.

There will be a celebration of life Mass on Thursday, August 20, 2020 10.30 AM at St. Phillip the Apostle Catholic Church, 1573 Elaine Road, Columbus, Ohio 43227.

Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Betty was a long-time member of St. Phillip and volunteered in the food pantry.
