Graveside services for Mr. Pius "(Pete) Green, 77 of Shreveport will be held at 10 am Thursday, March 10, 1988 at Forest Park West Cemetery under the direction of Wellman Funeral Home. Mr. Green died at 1:10am Wednesday March 9, 1988 at Schumpert Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He had been a resident of Shreveport since 1971. He was born in Perry County, Ohio. Mr. Green retired as an auto dealership owner in Columbus, Ohio. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Ann A. Green of Shreveport; two brothers, Robert Green and Guy Green of Columbus, Ohio; four sisters, Margaret Billingsley of Columbus, Lucy Keffer of Columbus, Mary E. Bernhard of Melbourne, Fla and Betty Burchfield of Columbus; 29 nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to the Heart Association or a favorite charity.
