RIALTO Robert James Westbrook, 82, a 10-year resident, died Sept. 28, 1987, in a Fontana hospital. He was born in Texas and was an inspector for 20 years with Kaiser Steel. He w as a member of the First American Baptist Church in Fontana. He w as a member of the San Bernardino Masonic Lodge 408, the Fontana Elks Lodge 2013, the Scottish Rite of San Bernardino, the Al Malaikah Temple, the Fontana AARPS 555.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; four sons, Brent of Rancho Cucamonga, Duane of Hesperia, Lloyd of Fontana, Eugene Westra of Ontario; daughter, Joyce Centanni of Fontana; brother, Truitt of San Bernardino; three sisters, Jimmie Pool of La Canada, Grace Elliott of San Bernardino, and Edith Peterson of Glendale; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with services 10 a.m. Friday, both at Pierce Bros. Ingold Chapel. Interment at Rialto Park Cemetery.
