Matilda Herdeg Grace died Thursday, May 8, 1941, age 72 years. Funeral services were held Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Whiting, with interment in Pine Hill cemetery. Charles V. Adams of Montoursville, Pa., first layman of the Methodist Conference in Pennsylvania, conducted the services.
