Onie Lee Simpson Gipson
Onie Lee Simpson Gipson, 80, of Winona, wife of the late Reese Marion Gipson, died at Tyler Holmes Hospital on Monday, March 8.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mareece Johnson, Mrs. Bennie Pearson, Mrs. Fay Breazeale, all of Winona; one son, Bobby Gipson of Greenwood; two brothers, Truly Simpson of Weir and Hester Simpson of Leland; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, March 9 at 2:30 p.m. in the Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Dan Beardain officiating. Burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Cummings, Leroy Mills, Bobby Joe Johnson, Sam Pearson, Raymond Johnson, and Fred Dacus.
Lee Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
