Elizabeth Ables, 92, a retired mail carrier, died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007, in Fort Worth.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Martin's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: Granbury Cemetery.

Survivors: Sons, Jimmy Ables and Jackie Don Ables; daughters, Ann Ables Mageson, Sandy Ables Martin and Verba Boyes; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth was a precious and dear sweet lady. She loved unconditionally and taught me so much. She was a very talented, intelligent and a very hard worker...a great role model to me.
