Mrs. Zanie Mercer, 75, of Dix, former Olney resident, died Wednesday at her home near Mt. Vernon, IL.

Mrs. Mercer lived in Olney about 10 years.

She is survived by 3 sons, Lee Vaughn Mercer of Baton Rouge, LA, Howard Paul Mercer of Gonzales, LA and Bill D. Mercer of Wheaton, IL, in addition to a sister, Mrs Anna Reid of West Frankfort, IL

Funeral services will be held at 2pm today at the Osborne Funeral Home in Dix with burial at Harveys Point Cemetery, Kell, IL.
