Gloria Janice Hall, 75, of Pana passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 in her home. She was born June 14, 1945 in Millersville, IL, daughter of the late Harold & Donna (Ishmael) Maryfield. Janice married Larry Hall on April 15, 1990 in Bible Baptist Church, Pana. He preceded her in death on March 25, 2018.
Janice was a charter member of the Assembly of God Church and a member of the Bible Baptist Church, where she taught Bible school. She was also a member of the Pana Eagles Club. She had worked as a cook & waitress at the Rosebud Café and enjoyed bingo & fishing. She loved spending time with her family and playing with her grandchildren.
Janice is survived by her children: Tony Stanbery, Pana, IL; Curtis (Tamera) Stanbery, Nokomis, IL; Rhonda (David) Ellis, Vandalia, IL; Cynthia (Donald) Oller, Witt, IL ; Kenny Hall, Springfield, IL; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild on the way. In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Richard, Tommy, Dwayne & JoAnn.
A graveside service for Janice will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Mound Cemetery, Pana with Pastor Dave Altman officiating.
Memorials in Janice's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
