Mrs. Orville (Donna I.) West, 51, of Pana died 7:15 a.m. Tuesday in St John's Hospital, Springfield.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in McCracken Funeral Home, Pana, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Pana.
Mrs. West was born in Montgomery County, daughter of Melvin and Bernice Sanders Ishmael. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary. She married Orville West.
Surviving are her husband; parents of Nokomis; son, Tommy of Pana; daughters, Mrs. Janet (should be Janice) Stanbery of Pana; Mrs. Patricia Carroll of Nokomis; stepson Dan Brookman of Pana; brothers, Orval Ishmael and Russell Ishmael, both of Pana; Cletus Ishmael of Nokomis; sisters, Mrs. Ina Norris of Taylorville; Mrs. Betty Oliver of Bedford, Ind.; Mrs. Evelyn Merrifield of St. Charles, Mo.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
