He is survived by his nephews Lanny Dee Collins & wife Kathy of Allen, TX., Mark Collins & wife Pam of Stephenville, TX., Doug Collins & Lisa of Honey Grove, niece Valerie Banker & husband Bill of Honey Grove, aunt Juanita Barnett of Bonham, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Weldon & Anna Collins, brothers Lanny & Buster Collins, and sister Deanna Collins.
