Edith was born in Stone Co, MO to William Allen "Allen" Hembree and Lillie May Logan. She married twice. Her first husband was Otis Albia Avery. They wed on Sept. 26, 1925 in Carroll Co, AR. He died in 1964. She later married James E. "Jim" Park, around 1970, according to two of her nieces. She had no issue with either husband. She died at the age of 95 as Edith Park, and is interred with her first husband, Otis Avery. Jim, her second husband, is interred with his first wife in Carroll Co, AR.

Since Edith died as Edith Ethel Park but is buried by her first husband, I just put his name in her maiden name field. She did not compound her married names like that. I'm sure each researcher has their own method as to what to do with the names of other spouses. This is the one that I chose to use.
