Eddie D Morrison
Graveside services with military honors for Eddie D. Morrison were held Monday in the Union City Cemetery with Mike Oldham officiating. Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Eddie died July 2, 2020, at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born Sept. 5, 1951, in El Reno, the son of Earl and Marie (Brown) Morrison. He resided in Yukon for 24 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Surrey Hills. He served in the Air National Guard and worked at Dayton Tire, retiring with 32 years of service, and later at Gary E. Miller Children's Justice Center.

Eddie enjoyed being outdoors, golfing, camping, fishing, hunting and attending ball games. He was an avid New York Yankees fan.

On July 2, 1971, Eddie married Janet Sue McDaniel. Janet survives him.

Other survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Jason Morrison of Moore, Josh and Lisa Morrison of Mustang and Wesley and Sarah Morrison of Mustang; brother, Donnie Morrison of Eufaula; sisters, Twila Boyd of Bethany, Edweena Sanders of Union City, Erlenne Sanders of El Reno and Betty Davis of Mustang; and grandchildren, Taylor, Blake, Grant, Bailea, Lane, Audrie and Hunter Morrison and Karis Clark.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Myrna Oldham, Judy Owen, Carol Stevens, Evelyn Lair and Joretta Morrison.
