Raymond Kyle
Services for Raymond Kyle, 96, of Elkhart, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Garden of Memories Cemetery with the Rev. Floyd Peterson officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
Mr. Kyle died this morning in a Houston nursing home.
He was born Oct. 26, 1900, in Anderson County, to James Matthew and Laura Little Kyle.
Mr. Kyle was a longtime resident of Elkhart and a graduate of Elkhart High School. He was a former and maintained the Garden of Memories Cemetery after retiring.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ganell Phelps Kyle.
He is survived by a daughter, Jean Kyle McWhirter of Houston; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
