Joycelyn,89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 28, 2020.
She was known for her skills in the kitchen as a baker. In her free time she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Donald James Touchet of Baton Rouge; daughter, Geraldine Carver and husband Billy of St. Francisville; grandchild, Melissa Brouillette; and great-grandchildren, Emmerson Brouillette and Hunter Carver.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Sr. and Anna Reed; husband, Charles K. Touchet; brothers, Herbert Reed and Willie Reed, Jr.; sisters, Anna Mae Roberts, Lillian Lanclos, Francis Hatten, Lelia Ratelle, Irene Talley, and Virginia Guidry; and grandchild, Christopher Carver.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the rosary at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre.
