Survivors include his wife, Ora; a son, Albert, 6717 Cherry Place; a daughter, Mrs. Rosa Mae Pennington, Midland, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Rachel Gill, Tahlequah; and four brothers, Ted, Willie, and Ralph, all of Tahlequah, and Eugene, Shawnee Mission, Kan.
