Funeral services will be held at 10 am today (Friday) at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home for Mrs. Ettie Cook Russell, 73, who died at 5:45 am Wed. at the home of a sister, Mrs. Zelda Light, Hardyville, Rt 2. The Rev. V.A. Jones will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Russell Cem. at Pierce, Green Co. Mrs. Russell was a daughter of the late Daniel P. and Ada Ervin Cook, and was born at Pierce, 27 Aug 1889. Surviving are a son, James Howard Russell; 3 other sisters, Miss Iva Cook, Hardyville, Rt. 2, Mrs. Lovie Larson, Boswell, Ind., Mrs. Hallie Russell, Elizabethtown. Pallbearers will be Vester Ennis, Varnam Ennis, Glendon Cook, Woodrow Cook, Herschel Cook and Jasper Russell.
