She is preceded in death by mother Ruby Goforth, sisters: Mary Williams and Barbara Goforth and a brother Jimmy Goforth.
Gail is survived by her husband Bobby West of the home Chickasha, OK;
Daughers: Railey Blankenship of the home in Chickasha, OK; and Angela Autrey of Chickasha, OK;
Son, Thomas Autrey of the home in Chickasha, OK;
Grandchildren: Ashley Mann and husband Robin of Lindsay, OK; Morgan Dennis and husband Eric of Chickasha, OK; Alex Autrey of Chickasha, OK; Niki Autrey of Chickasha, OK;
Great grandchildren: Skyace, Aydan, Addylen, Tatum, Memphis, Kynlee and Harper.
Brothers: John Goforth and wife Pat, of Stevenson, AL; Wayne Goforth of Eight Mile, AL; David Goforth of Purcell, OK; and Gary Goforth and wife, Casper, of Chickasha, OK.
There will be no services scheduled. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
