Thomas Dewey Mobley, 63, of 951 Piedmont Ave, NE, died Friday at his home. Born in Jersey, he had been an Atlanta auditor for the Cothern Cotton Oil Co, he was a member of the First Methodist Church, Monroe, and was a member of the Oakland City Lodge No 373, F&AM.
Funeral services will be at 3 pm Sunday at the New Hope Methodist Church at Between. The Rev Harry Wood and the Rev Rudolph Hollingsworth will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs Walter L Nix, Atlanta, and Mrs Ila Mae Garrett, Monroe, and two brothers, R G Mobley, Atlanta and G S Mobley, College Park.
