PALMER - Emily B. (Arnold) Prouty, 81, of Bennett St., died Saturday, January 4, 2003 at home in Palmer, MA.
Born March 21, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Adeline (Klicka) Arnold.
She has lived in Palmer since 1967, previously residing in Monson.
Emily was a wonderful cook and also enjoyed baking.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Prouty, Jr. in 1996.
She is survived by a son, Frank D. of Palmer; two daughters, Donna L. Prouty of Palmer and Cynthia G. and her husband, Andrew Leveillee of Three Rivers, also two sisters, Mildred Gray and Adeline Herlihy and three brothers, Robert, Henry and Irving Arnold. She also leaves three grandchildren, Kelly D. Bergeron, Jed A. Prouty and Devon F. Prouty, friends, nieces and nephews.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
Beers and Story Palmer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Western Mass., 50 Maple St., Springfield, MA.
