Donna R. Golesh Brady passed away peacefully July 5th, 2007. She was born Dec. 23, 1936 in Bingham, Utah, a daughter of Pete R. Golesh and Lettie Lucille Mitchell. Donna graduated valedictorian from Bingham High in 1955 and later earned a degree from the SL Community College. She met Larry Duane Brady at a local cafe in Murray and they married October 25, 1958. Donna worked in the ER at Cottonwood Hospital for over 20 years. She and Larry retired to Phoenix, AZ in 1997 and a couple years later they moved to St. George to be closer to their family. Donna made many life-long friends over the years and cherished the time she spent with each and every one of you. Donna loved to read a good novel, loved bowling with her friends, and has always loved a crossword puzzle and a cup of coffee in the morning. She was always excited for an afternoon lunch date with her sister, and couldn't wait for the next social with her friends. During the last eight months while she has been back in Salt Lake, she has loved spending time with her son, daughter-in-law, and her grandkids. Drake and Blaise loved going to Grandma's because they knew she had special treats and soda pop when they walked in the door. Grandma Donna, you will be missed more than you will ever know.
Donna is survived by her son Jason (Janna); grandson Drake; granddaughter Blaise; and sister, Carol Dunton. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, George Golesh; and most recently, her husband Larry. Please join us for a Celebration of Donna's Life at 4 p.m, Friday, July 13th at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 8575 S. 700 E., Sandy, UT.
