Pete R. Golesh, 85, died August 6, 1999, in West Jordan, Utah.
Born June 30, 1914, to Pete B. and Marie Predovich Golesh in Highland Boy, Utah. Married Lucile Mitchell on Nov. 19, 1935, in Salt Lake City. She died Feb. 7, 1985.
Retired from Kennecott Copper after over 40 years of service.
Survived by two daughters, Donna (Larry) Brady, Mesa, AZ, and Carol Dunton, Sandy; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Alice Jubera, Upland, CA. Preceded in death by beloved wife of 49 years; son, George; grandson, Peter Golesh; and four sisters and two brothers.
Funeral Mass Wednesday, Aug. 11, 1999, at 10 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, 75 East Lennox, Midvale. Holy Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, where friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
