Elizabeth's mother was killed in the Fort Seybert Massacre and Elizabeth was in the group of children who were taken by the Indians and later returned. Elizabeth and Nicholas married 1740 in PA. He died in 1769.
Elizabeth married, as her second husband, MAJ Christian Lauer ,January 30, 1770 in PA (FAG 47624436).
She died after 1786 in Berkes Co, PA. (MAJ Christian Lauer was the second marriage of her sister, Anna Catherina, (FAG 207487456).)
