She was a communicant of the Catholic Church. She had attended rural schools.
In 1941 she married George Dominguez, a marriage that lasted 67 wonderful years. To that marriage four daughters were born, but their home was a hostel to many nieces and nephews.
For many years together, they enjoyed working the fields and ranching in the Mimbres Valley. Jenny was a supporting miner's wife in the mining district where "Uncle George" settled at the UV mines until his retirement.
Jenny had many passions in life; some of her favorites were riding horses and singing along side her sister, Matilda. She enjoyed passing her time playing cards and playing Bingo. Her greatest joy though was spending and cherishing her time spent with all her family. Jenny will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jenny is survived by her four daughters, Patsy Dominguez, Carol Garcia, Minnie Marquez and Emma Townsend; two brothers, Jose Trujillo and Frank Trujillo; two sisters, Dora Trujillo and Josie Madrid. Also surviving her are 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grand children and 10 great-great grandchildren.
Jenny was preceded in death by her husband, George, in February of 2008; three brothers, Manuel, Ralph and Joe Trujillo;three sisters, Barbara Trujillo, Sarah Caballero and Matilda Garcia and Daniel "Boonie" Garcia, Jr., and Ralph Marquez.
Pallbearers were Michael Garcia, Anthony Garcia, Steven Marquez, Christopher Pena, Daniel Marquez, Johnathan Marquez and Johnny Joe Lopez
