** Arlene also has another half-sister she probably was not aware of. Lois E. [Mullen] Podesta was a daughter born of an affair Arlene's father had while he was still married to her mother. The details of this are written in her father's bio. Also, the 1930 U.S. Census documents Margaret and Lois's surname as HARRISON, with the appropriate relationship to the head of household duly noted as "daughter" and "granddaughter." At the time, they were living with Margaret's parents in Donora, Washington Co., PA.

Arlene E. Puskarich
(February 7, 1930 - January 12, 2016)
Arlene E. Puskarich, 85, of Bentleyville, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016, in her home.
She was born February 7, 1930, in Somerset Township, a daughter of the late James Russell and Elsie Anna Rishert Alger.
Mrs. Puskarich was a member of Bentleyville Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family.
She was married for 66 years to Edward G. Puskarich, who passed away March 14, 2015.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharon Young (Richard) of Bentleyville; a granddaughter, Shannon Saniga (Kevin) of Canonsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents, are two sisters, Florence Blades and Virginia Dean, and a brother, James R. Alger.
Mrs. Puskarich was the last of her immediate family.
A private funeral service was held in Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville.
