Coeburn, VA ~ Flossie Hazel Bond, 82, died Friday, October 19, 2001 at her residence in Coeburn, Virginia.
Mrs. Bond was a member of Pine Camp Church of God of Prophecy and had lived most of her life in the Coeburn area.
She was preceded in death by her husband Barron S. Bond, her parents, Munford Carico and Nancy Hall Carico Ellington, son, Jessie Wendall Bond, grandson Curtis Lee Bond, Great grandson, Dillon Lee Bond, brothers, Billy Carico & Basil Carico, sister Ruth Grizzle.
Survivors include sons, Barron Bond, Batavia, OH, Arnold Bond, Salsberry, MD, Bill Bond, Marvin Bond, Rev. Curtis Bond, Kenny Bond, Larry Bond and Mickey Bond all of Coeburn; daughters, Sherry Nixon, Columbus, OH and Freda Ceigle, Coeburn; brother, Tony Carico, Matewan, WV; 22 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren and several nephews & several nieces.

Funeral services for Flossie Hazel Bond will be held Monday, October 22, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. at Pine Camp Church of God of Prophecy. Rev. Ival Mitchell, Rev. Charlie Couch & Rev. Joe Buchanan Burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Coeburn. Visitation will be held at Pine Camp Church of God of Prophecy on Sunday after 6:00 P.M.
