Survivors: husband; sons, Carl W., Cortez, Colo.; Michael D., Salt Lake City; 12 grandchildren; brother, Gilbert Y. Simmonds, Apache Junction, Ariz.
Funeral Wednesday 11 a.m., 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 704-5th East. Friends call 260 E. South Temple Tuesday 6-8 p.m., chapel Wednesday hour prior to service. Burial, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
