She was born on April 11, 1922 in Rochester, Indiana, the daughter of Manford and Lucille (Paschall) Newell. On January 6, 1946 in Rochester, Indiana, she married Eli Wynn. He preceded her in death on November 14, 1988.
Mrs. Wynn had been a homemaker and had worked at the Rochester Community Schools in the cafeteria. She was an active member of the First Christian Church where she was a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship. In her leisure time, she enjoyed traveling, crafts and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children, Patty Ann and husband Mike Bingle, Rochester, Indiana, Deb and husband Roger Vigar, Rochester, Indiana, Jerry and wife Joellen Wynn, Rochester, Indiana, Terry and wife Mary Wynn, Rochester, Indiana, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Nancy Duzenbery and brother, John Richard Newell.
