Jacob Wirey
Jacob Wirey, 93, former resident of Lawrenceville, and the grandfather of Oliver J. Gustin, died at the home of his son John Harvey Wirey, near Oblong, Sunday night.
Mr. Wirey was for a number of years an employee of the Indian Refining Company.
Surviving children are John H. Wirey, Oblong; Sylvester R. Wirey, Kokomo; and Mrs. Mary Miller, Princeton, IN. There were also a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Zipprodt Funeral Home with burial in the Lawrenceville Cemetery.
