Mr. E. Tingley, an aged man who has resided for years on First avenue, died of asthma on Sunday and was buried at 2 o'clock p.m., Monday. Mr. Tlngley was born and raised in Pennsylvania but has lived for years in the west, coming here from Wiscoson some twenty years ago. He had no relatives here except a niece who kept house for him. He was seventy-elght years old.
