Daughter of Augustin Ethier and Olivine Page, wife of Damas Desjardins or Disjardins, whom she married on May 14, 1884, and mother of Emma Helen (married Lynch), Hector, Rosemarie (married Schanil), Alphonse, Almonde "Albert" Gardner, Florence Victoria (married Elbert G. King), William, Edward, Malvina (married Cyril DeForest, married William Frederick Grethel, married George McGurk), Damas "Frank", and Anetha "Anna" Disjardins.

persons interested in the estate as heirs at law, next of kin and distributees or otherwise of MALVINA DESJARDINS late of the Town of Brookhaven County of Suffolk, deceased. Send Greeting; WHEREAS, Joseph T. Losee, residing at Patchogue, New York, Executor named in the will of said deceased, lately applied to our Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk to have certain instrument in writing bearing date the 17th day of October, 1942, relating to both real nnd personal property, duly, proved as the Last Will and Testament of the said deceased. . THEREFORE, You and each of you are cited to show cause before our said Surrogate at the Surrogate's office in the village of Riverhead, and Town of Riverhend, in the County of Suffolk, on Monday, the 19th day
of June 1944, at one o'clock In the afternoon of that day why said instrument should not be admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, And such of you as are hereby cited as are under the age of twenty-one years may appear by your guardian, If you have one, or If you have none you may apply for one to be appointed, or In the event of your neglect or failure to do so a guardian will be appointed by the Surrogate to represent and act far you In the proceeding. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, We have caused the Seal of the Surrogate's Court of our said County of Suffolk to be hereunto affixed. WITNESS, HON. RICHARD W.
